Meet Dr. Jolie Relyea Campbell Houston, TX
Born and raised in Houston, Dr. Jolie Relyea Campbell is a cosmetic and general dentist, passionate about her profession.
This passion first started with an innocent interest in reading x-rays at her dentist’s office in grade school and eventually progressed to an all-encompassing curiosity about each orthodontic and surgical procedure that was performed on her mouth due to misaligned and congenitally missing teeth. This commitment to dentistry is ongoing, with continuing education courses in treatment planning, cosmetics and implant restorations.
After graduating from Memorial High School, Dr. Campbell received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Southern Methodist University and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California in 2012. While in dental school, she served on the Executive Student Council for four years. At graduation, she received the Eleanor J. Bushee Senior Dental Award (awarded to the female senior dental student who has demonstrated academic excellence and outstanding leadership), as well as the David and Sucy Stevenson Memorial Award (awarded to the graduating dental student who demonstrated compassion, dedication, and strength of character during the four-year doctoral program).
Dr. Campbell also enjoys giving back to the community through the Texas Mission of Mercy, Yellowstone Academy, and Project Saving Smiles. She has traveled to Honduras in 2009 with the Humanitarian Dental Club and to Haiti with Chapelwood Methodist Church in 2015. Outside the office, Dr. Campbell loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two small children.
Dr. Campbell understands that every patient is unique and enjoys collaborating with each patient to create a tailored treatment plan to reach their individual smile goals. This ranges from minimally invasive techniques such as bleaching, recontouring and re-aligning the teeth through the use of composites and Invisalign, to veneers and full-coverage restorations. |
